Mr. Miller, How does Winthrop Resources fit into the picture. Did WINR change their name? Didn't see a reference to it in the company history on the web site. Any ideas? Thanks

It almost sounds as if this write up, excellent BTW, was part of a private placement. It refers to the stock price being $5 and backs its value with revs, losses, history, etc. I am missing the piece of info that took this stock from $5 to .50. This was a reverse merger, as I understand it, a backing into a shell. So it was not the classical IPO from which the stock price falls.

Can you shed some light? And thanks for introducting me to this VERY interesting company. :^)

MR. Miller - maybe you can clear this up - Winners press release announcing the contract with TISS valued the contract at $10.0 - $15.0 million over the next 12 months. Yet, the projections from the Analyst cites potential of $50.0 million in revenue over the next 4 years ASSUMING gaming wagers total $10.0 Billion (WINR gets .5%).

My math is not working out - can you explain? Is there another source of revenue other than the .5%?
