They are handling the investors relations for PDGE.

The fiscal year which ended 1/31/98, PDGE reported an EPS
of 17 cents which was much better than the 9 cents loss they
had the year before (fiscal 1997).

This year the estimate is for about 24 cents. For Q1 this year
they reported 6 cents.
