Mohan, That is my take on it. They have been very careful not to show the extent of their contingent liability in the form of price protection in their financial statements. They view the channel as their customer instead of their end users. The business model sucks. I expect this type of financial reporting to continue and I will not invest long term in this company. they might be a good short candidate if they run up in price to 35 or 40. I expect rebellion from the channel. Lousy profits from CPQ. IBM , HWP and DELL will exploit this current weakness to the maximum possible extent. My prognosis is big market share gains for both HWP and DELL this year.
