Hello, Don't mean to rain on anybody's parade - its just that, IME, the big commodity plays usually worked out without any new, big usages coming along. Betting on new applications is a high risk business, usually, unless a) one is an insider to the new technology and, b) there is a tremendously compelling need to find a new solution to a life-threatening situation - like auto exhaust converters. In medical tech new technology is the thing - usually not so in metals. So, while there are exceptions, in metals its the understanding of the same old, same old that makes most of the money. RH
