Where did you obtain the six million share figure for the buyout? If that is an accurate figure, this stock is really cheap, IMHO.

Believe me, it is an accurate figure.

It was 24.3 million or so before the buyout and now it is 31 million. Plus if you look at the figures the company gave Tom of over $2 per share when the deal was negotiated that would come out to about 6 million at about $2.50 per share.

Like I've said before TSIG got a steal on CC, no doubt.

Let's look at current figures:

Share price: .44
Shares Outstanding: 31 million
Market Cap: $13.64 million

Revenues predicted of over $35 million this year, hmmmm....

Revenue multiple for competition: about 6 times revenue

TSIG's current revenue multiple (oops I mean fraction): .39

Still seems like a good deal to me...
