But since the stock merged wouldn't it be likely for the stock to go up after the split. The reason, I think, for the split was for SANTI to be able to become a stock. By allowing more of their shares to be free for others to buy at a higher price. They will also be freeying more volume. The conclusion about wether the stock goes up or down after the split will be determined on wether Santi is a good company or bad. I would be happy to call them up, if I had their phone #. If you can get it to me or give me any information about the company I'de be greatful. Also what questions should I ask them when i call?
Thanks,

I think Im gonna ride it through right now onto the split which is monday, then after the split I will decide wether to short it or keep.

Stocks that have no room to fall and reverse will continue their slide
once the rv. split has been completed.

However, stocks that have been steady or rising may simply reverse themselves to allow Funds and other investors to purchase them.

Please look at OAK industries that rv. split from 1 1/4 to 6 dollars
some years back and then went to 30 as bullish news was announced and big players bought.

Also look at PHRX today which has asked its shareholders to approve a rv split in order to ensure compliance with the new SEC rule of trading over 1 dollar to maintain small cap status and keep offthe
OTC:BB.

A rv split would remove an unnecessay worry that PHRX's shareholders have and give them the confidence to buy more without worrying that the NASD will delist it. (PHRX has 8.5 million in sales 1.25 mil in cash and only 5.1 million shares out PHRX is in the midst of issuing some 8 million more shares to I-PAC manufacturing due to a merger. PHRX has also announced an agreement with ASL to design mfgr and market a new video product.) It would really throw a wrench into the PHRX game plan if the NASAQ would delist. The cure Rvs. Split.

A reason to short?? I think not.
