Good article. Interestingly, DGIV will face the same issues at some point in the near future. The great thing now is that we are so undervalued, that our downside pressure from this type of thing is minimal. We've addressed on the original thread before the question of FCC approvals, etc, and concluded that the nature of DGIV's international business shields it from a lot of the FCC issues, and that even if the FCC were to levy taxes on VoIP, we could still undercut traditional telephony substantially.

But the bottom line, at this point, is that we are so undervalued right now that we will be driven by fair market forces once we go NASDAQ, and that will be an upward force I assure you. When we reach IDTC level (zoom past that, IMHO), then we will worry about these more subtle issues such as the FCC, etc.
