Gary, Where did you hear this? Is this new info, or a conclusion based on the lack of an announcement? I don't mean to be pushy about it or anything, just trying to make some business travel plans for the same time period that was previously mentioned. I agree, lack of a call for a shareholder meeting by now indicates to me that it probably will not happen at the end of this month. But, if this IS new news, were they able to offer anything else? :-) Binder
