Of course I can't read the minds of the shareholders. I can put myself in their shoes though. I can count how many there are. I
can determine how many shares were bought at what prices.

By the way, none of this would create an issue if the shareholders of this company, particularly those in at $.125 through $.375 and those above $2.00, would hold this company to the same standards they hold Internet stocks or biotech stocks. But they don't. And since they don't and apparently won't...

I can then weigh this evidence against the backdrop of a more illiquid stock. One that goes back to trading 150,000 shares each day (much less due to double print). What would you rather have.... $.75 today from a "real" company, or maybe, if all works well, a little more in a year.

Also, by the way.... the $1.05 holds only if MDIX receives settlement of $10 million. I think $5 million is on the high side for "quick" settlements. More likely, $3-$4 million and a book value of about $.70 in say 90 days.
