I started long on FAMH but all the b.s. and increased float drove me away. I set aside $ "just in case" a quick view of the financials would restore my confidence but alas, once again more b.s. and still no financials. Now with this convoluted r.s. proposal I can guarantee I will not stick a penny in this stock regardless of the financials. I'd bet that many others on the sidelines just changed their plans as well. Either Ira has a death wish for his own company or he's manipulating the stock down to get the share buy-back completed but, with only 4 mm planned to buy-back this would do nothing for us. What the hell is going on? Why is the President of the company the ONLY one we ever hear from or of. Is this a one man operation? How about Arif stepping up to the plate. How could he, in good conscience, post that absolutely moronic proposal on a public forum. PLEASE, someone tell me that this is a just a mm trick! I predict disaster tomorrow. all imo. rick. sitting here shaking my head in dis-belief. ps. anyone get that feeling that this is supposed to soften the blow of a disappointing financial report?
