DTEC-Merged Co. PHOX selling for more than convertable rate. That's right as of right now one can buy the same stock equvilent of DTEC at the ask, convert it to PHOX and make $. The Merged companies have pulled into profibility and expect a great next quarter and fantastic numbers going forward. A little background. DTEC formally (QUME) merged with Photonics Corp (PHOX BB) last year. Due to incorporation state problems the stock was not readily joined under either Ticker, however all released news are release under PHOX DBA(doing business as DTC DATA TECH (DTEC). The releases and SEC filings are under PHOTONICS CORP. so DTC DATA STOCK outstanding under the ticker DTEC suffers from no exposure. Bottom line 7 shares of DTEC are convertable into 1 Share of PHOX. DTEC's current ask is .09, PHOX is .75ask and .65bid. If one buys DTEC a .09 with 7 to 1 convertable, well the math allows one to convert DTEC stock for the equivilent of .63 a share (7 x .09)of PHOX whose bid is currently .65+. The PHOX stock has risen from .06 earlier this year to it's current price and has remained extremely stable. With less than 2 million shares floating and good numbers on the way this baby could easily double when earnings emerge for this quarter. For those intesested in getting in for a great discount, look at DTEC, unless your broker charges per share you are already ahead. I've been waiting for a softness in PHOX but it has not materialized. Check out the company(s), you still have time. Not much though. forewarned is forarmed. Those that read and spend some time will bear the benifets. For BEST sites run DTEC and the responses will come back with all the information needed along with links. ENJOY I POSTED THIS YESTERDAY on the under .25 thread. Just goes to show ya somebody does read this stuff. DTEC had no trades for days but has traded over 150,000 today. Still a great deal and stable, if in doubt contact the Company (I always do)then cash in, hey it's just a call. BRAVO to the person(S) that took the post seriously. Not many times a gift is given.
