Valuespec: I don't see how you can know by tomorrow whether your decision to own this stock was a good one or not. Are you strictly a trader? Your posts do not lead me to believe you are merely trading Cendant. Therefore, why is tomorrow's stock performance the test for whether you made the right decision?

If the audit bears out what Henry said on the conference call (He said during the conference call that it still appears that the loss will amount to approx $115 million), and if the company starts buying in the stock, then the stock should go back above 30. Those are big ifs, but it seems to me that your one day time frame is a bit shortsighted, given the events on the horizon.

In the event of a market correction, I think CD will
hold up well since CD has been beaten down so much.
It kind of went thru its own correction by itself
already.

A matter of fact, CD has not been following the market
at all since its crash.
