To All,

Ira has NOT repeat NOT committed to doing a reverse split with warrants. He emphasized that he was considering options and was putting that idea out to "float the balloon" for reactions. He also told me he received a list of NASDAQ shells for review that were facing de-listing similar to ATRIX. He wants to increase shareholder value and knows that he must take certain steps to achieve those results. The RS is but one avenue among many. There are others.

I suggest everyone email him or Anna and give them your vote. Make it simple. Yes or No on the RS w/warrants. Firamada management wants to act in our best interests so let them know how you feel.

Kevin

Mark:

The other company was ACAP, story there is still unfolding. BB market makers were brutal in trying to drive price below $4 prior to NASDAQ listing. Stock has managed to remain in the $4- $5 range since listed, however the game is now to keep it below $5 to prevent the NMS upgrade. They should done a reverse resulting in a higher share price to avoid this mess. Good company, the problem has been the mm manipulation; once the NMS is obtained, should do pretty well.

As you pointed out, the ATXI situation was ideal. Did he blow it? Probably. Were it me, I would look for similar situation. He may have done that and not had success. In any event, the NASDAQ and dilution issues have to be addressed pronto. FAMH is real, and I tend to think that any fallout from the reverse would be covered or at least minimized by the company's fundamentals. Of course we have yet to see these, but I am giving the guy the benefit of the doubt given the risk he is taking.

When I first looked at this thing, it looked too good to be true and I really looked at it pretty hard for that reason. Everybody has to make their own decisions on these things but, given some time for the pieces to fall together, this one looks good enough to go of its own accord. If he insists on getting the listing in this manner, I just hope he hires a consultant to do it right.

Thanks for your comments.
