Gentlemen please be cautious in your use of last names only. It can come across as being somewhat derogatory. Maybe you intend for that to happen, maybe you don't. Regardless of what you mean, let's try to keep it professional.

The president of our company (I am a holder of a good number of shares), has in excess of 2 million shares. Recently he has sold a valuable property to the company in exchange for more shares in the company. This is a fellow who has had opportunity to sell shareholders "down the river" to maximize his immediate returns on the shares he owns and those he could have already sold. Rather, Richard has taken an approach which has minimized the dilution of shareholder value (almost to a fault). While Mr. Richard Kantor has had previous opportunities to raise capital for further exploration, he has forever kept in mind the residual value of each share of this company. He could have sold us all out during the last run-up in the price of this company's stock. Rather Richard did not, and while the price of our company's stock may be languishing today, Richard believes that there is more value in each share today than was ever previously seen.

I can appreciate that this would be difficult to comprehend when reflecting back upon the $13.50 peak that this stock saw pre-Bre-X. But this is sincerely what Mr. Kantor believes. He backs this up through his acceptance of CBA stock in exchange for the hard currency he has paid for the new lands which he recently sold to our company. These are not the actions of someone who does not believe in the company's future.
