Freddie, You know I am not a fan of anyone and that I try to call'em like I see'em. I also much prefer a merger into a shell rather than a straight RS W/Warrants and believe he will probably go that route once the majority of loyal FAMH shareholders let him know their feelings. I wouldn't sell the farm on this RS warrant business. It was only a trial balloon. Nothing more. Remember, he pulled off Myriad. Lets give him some credit for pulling a pretty large kangaroo out of his hat. That was no small feat. He worked on it and many other acquisitions simultaneously and was successful in them all, except Atrix and it had its own set of problems. No I am not cheerleading here but am reminding everyone of the great successes he was praised for just two weeks ago. He is not the dumb bunny being portrayed today. Yes, his timing on this issue is poor but he is a guy out there working everyday with these issues and for him it may be just another item on his list. Hopefully, we get the Edgar files by Friday Noon. If not, then he has told the thread he will release them here so that we don't have to wait for Edgar to review them. Kevin
