Everything I need to know about stocks I learned from FAMH:

1) Promise to not ever, ever do a reverse split.... oh, except maybe with a warrant attached.

2) Promise to release your financials on the 1st of the month. Try not to get tied down to a particular month! Once people get totally fed up, stall some more.

3) Promote yourself as "brilliant and aggressive." Lots of people will buy it... for a while.

4) Post ridiculous statements on SI under a couple different names. Admit to one of them.

5) Remember: just because you put it in a press release doesn't mean it has to be true.

6) Print lots of shares. Nobody can prove how many you are issuing anyway.

7) Say anything to keep people interested and the stock price up.

8) Practice saying "the falling share price is actually a buying opportunity." You'll be saying it a lot.
