Telecommunications entered into a licence and operation agreement on
Apr. 8, 1998 with World Wide Web Casinos and Binky Roo Software for the
Internet gaming on a worldwide basis. The company has completed its
review of the proposed transaction and has filed the final required
documents on May 1, 1998 with the VSE. WWWC and BRS notified the company
of their intention to rescind agreement. It is the company's position
that WWWC and BRS do not have the full legal right to rescind the
agreement and the company intends to pursue all legal action to complete
