Jin,

I dont think most think FAMH is a scandel here.. I just think most are wondering how FAMH is going to manage to get its stock price moving up in a meaningful way.

Especially with all the alleged "evil forces" (i.e.MM's) working against FAMH.

Ok, so Ira just floated the idea out about the RS.... so lets say it doesnt happen just for the sake of discussion. Your still sitting on a company whose pumping the printing press....

Myriad wont take affect and wont be seen until 2Q 1998, MortonD will be seen more in 3Q 1998 ... so for 1Q 1998, your sitting on a company growing EPS... yes.. I agree.. but its EPS is not increasing with the share inflation in any way shape, or manner. 1Q will see definately higher revenue but as will Earnings PER SHARE be anywhere near 1997 performances? The shares O/S for March 31, 1998 will be at least 43? 45M? Up from 23M or whatever the ave was for 1997 as a whole. So that is DOUBLE. That means to keep pace, FAMH will have to DOUBLED EPS in the 1st Q..without Myriad, without Morton Downey...

2Q ends June 30, 1998... so expect those financials in late August/September. Thats when this should all start coming together.. so the people in for the long haul will do ok then.. but I think people will get impatient sitting on relatively "dead" money for a few months..

Thoughts?
