I've just gotten an e-mail from the boss. "IT IS NOTTTTTT A REVERSE SPLIT" BTW here is what I wrote: Mr. Monas: Please do a little more reseach on your reverse split concept. Historically 9 of 10 reverse splits end up returning the price to the same levels as before the split. I for one am very disappointed about hearing second hand about the new shares issued during the last 5 or so months. I believed I was investing in a growing company, but as fast as your company grows, new shares are being minted, leading to dilution of my investment. If you honestly believe in increasing shareholder value, including your own please be up-front about your motives for issuing the new shares as well as releasing the number of current shares outstanding and shares in the float! Thank you for your time.
