I laughing reading all these posts. Please ira this, please ira that. If it is ira, I'm surprised he has any time to run the company answering all your pleas and E mail. What will be will be. None of our posts, E mail, crying, etc will change anything. Either the company makes it on it's own merits or it doesn't. If it does we've made money, if not, we've lost, learned a lesson and moved on. Make a few thousand on one, maybe lose on the next. Better odds then Las Vegas.

IRA IS NOT VIEWING THIS AS A REVERSE SPLIT.

IMO he sees this as redealing the deck, cleaning out the shorts, boosting the price, and reducing the float.

Sounds great in theory, but unfortunately the shareholders will receive warrants which will expire in days from the exercise price being met and exercised for a quick profit, the MM will short the new shares, naked and covered, and the price will be short lived.
