Obviously he is not because as i mentioned before they dont have enough money to pay for their portion with aca let alone do any other programs So dont be surprised to learn of another financing soon...enough of PUG this is an ACA thread......ACA will reward the believers that doesnt mean buy at 3.20 and sell at 3.70 Big move as i mentioned before SEPT>>OCT
