Bob ->>>> any info on how much power JMAR's source is putting out these days? I remember reading it was around several watts whereas synchotrons<<<< Last I heard (several mos. ago) they were doing about 10 wafers per hour, but they plan the addition of more modules to boost power.

I have a long, very technical article on XRL systems being developed by SRL, CXrL (Cener for XRL at U. of Wisc.) and Sanders. I don't have time right now to copy it here (and I don't know that it would be of interest to most readers).
