wait. Just stay up till 4am and download! (I swear, that's what
the tech support guy told me to do...just download later!)

I figure with the new clients getting the blown out all the bells and whistles they pay about 40 per person per month.

9000 * 40 =360000 per month and they wait to upgrade.

Futures up a bit. It's still early though. I look for a flat day coming up while everyone just stands there and scratches their heads over the technicals.
