KNOWLEDGEABLE INVESTORS MAKE MONEY!!!

I agree with that. That is why we need to see the financials,
the number of shares, the 1st quarter results and the pro forma
statement before any decisions.

In the post, IRA said 36 cents EPS after the RS. Yet, you and
I both have estimated EPS of at leats 10 - 20 cents per share with
an estimated share count of 75 million. 36 cents EPS implies
150-160 million share count!!!

KNOWLEDGEABLE INVESTORS MAKE MONEY!!!

Let us hope that some questions can be answered on the CC today.

Brad...Thanks I needed that, great post.

I understand the warrants better now thanks to your post.

But I know we need financials or an explanation why we don't have them.

I have been in FAMH since last year also after reading your post and doing DD on FAMH.

I also believe as you that there are other forces at work here to discredit IRA and FAMH.

I am long on FAMH and hope to hold for 5-10 years.

I got in at .26 .35. and .37 . If the financials are good which I expect them to be. I will acquire more at a later date after I see things develop with FAMH and the events in the next 6 months.

Thanks again BRAD...Dennis W

Please stop using the .50 @ 4:1 = 2.00 conversion

In case anyone did not notice, this is not a .50 stock

Adjust your examples to reality .43 @ 4:1 = 1.72

This is a whopping 14% difference...

This does not account for any price drops that will surely occur today

Oh yeah, traditionally 4:1 reverse splits are followed by a significant price drop..

What's to stop FAMH from giving away more shares after the reverse. They have shown a propensity to dilute our dollars and lie to us.

Also, be aware. Warrents are not free, you will have to invest even MORE in FAMH to get them. How many, at this point, feel comfortable doing this?

Brad, excellent points. I'm all for the idea in principal, but I think the timing may not be right. The storm will pass shortly IMO.

Thanks for this "great as usual" post! I fully agree and would love to see this happen, after the year-end and the first quarter financial reports hit Edgar. We need some more solid credibility from Ira to make this work. I am holding and hoping I can free up some more money. I personally know some nervous investors here at work. They didn't buy in as early as myself, are down on paper and haven't quite the confidence in Ira that I have. I also know someone who is waiting for the financial reports to come out before putting first dollars in. I skimmed the posts since last night and as usual, "it's a jungle out there".

It kind of reminds me of the movie Trading Places, where Eddy Murphy's character can "feel" the panic out there.
MMs are like that too. I'm sure they are having a field day.

Stay in the Black!
