No silly. Sim City 200 is a computer game where you simulate the development of a city. Over time, you build your city, deciding on taxes, zoning, social policy etc.. As the years go by technology becomes available to you for implementation, e.g. Subways, bus depots, nuclear power, airplanes, etc.

It's precursor was Sim City, which was very good but got old quickly.
I can play Sim City 2000 forever. My sons build cities that have achieved populations > 500,000. They also like to build big airports for some reason. I think when you hit the year 2050 fusion power becomes available.

This game should be a prerequisite for all city planners. It is more than a game. It teaches economics, engineering ( to a degree), and is fun.

When I started investing I bought Maxis and then it was bought out by Electronic Arts - one of my better trades.
