A friend, who always seems to be ahead of the curve, just suggested that I get into AGTI. I would appreciate it if someone would give a synopsis of the company including products, shares outstanding, float, near term news expectations and anything else you may feel beneficial to a new shareholder.

From what I hear there may be some accumulation going on and you may see some new faces here.
