I suppose it depends which one is the "real" price - the local stock or the ADR? You could argue that the ADR should fall to its parity with the local stock. There is a huge amount of arbitrage going on at the moment - buying local stock on JKSE and selling it in ADR form later on. TLKM.JK is up almost 20% today implying an ADR price of US$7.1
