Thanks, Paul. Been looking for an article along these lines since I ran into the one that I believe was both written by Peter Brimelow and posted here as well. I think he's the Elliott Wave Institute's goldbug, and last summer posted a page at their website saying gold was headed to 150-190 ish. I think the page is still there. So it was interesting that "Gold 2000" started with PB and went way in the opposite direction. Let's hope it is more accurate!

Even throwing out the EW stuff, the fact that for 200 years gold has been over $600 in 98 dollars suggests we'll be back there before long.
