The April issue of Infrastructure recommended purchase of ASYT in the low 20's. "We would not be a seller at current prices!" "Asyst continues to repreent one of the most compelling values in the semiconductor equipment arena."

Infrastructure is an excellent publication for investors wishing to follow developments in the semi industry. They have regular coverage of ASYT and PRIA, along with a host of other companies.

Jim Their Daily notes #2 dated 5/6/98 mentioned ASYT as one of the stocks they cover that Milind Bedekar of Salamon Smith Barney initiated coverage on with a buy. Since her announcement ASYT has held up well in an ugly market. Good Luck Don
