Math, I was using the estimated EPS that Brad gave over the weekend. He assumed share count of 75 million and earnings of about 20-22 million and a 98 eps of 15-20 cents. At a 4 to 1 RS, then EPS should be 60-80 cents on 75 million. Ira stated .36, so that implied that the share count must be huge..like 150 million. It is an example of how far one can mislead given limited knowledge. That is why the shareholders need knowledge as Brad said. I am happy to see Brad request solid information from Ira. MOO collin
