JIN, no where did it say that warrents were pre-conversion. And if they were that would mean I would pay 1.25 for a warrent on a stock trading at .43

Now, honestly, does that make sense.

In regards to issues like outstanding shares, splits, financials, FAMH has fallen down. How comfortable would you be investing into warrents at 3 times the value of the common in hopes that the 4:1 reverse split MIGHT really happen.

Please find me a stock that a reverse split has benefited in any reasonable time frame. I am sure there are some, just not many.

Why doesn't FAMH do a buyback and retire the shares?

FAMH does not appear to be a company that is much concerened about their shareholders. Don't mistake the CC and freindly demeanor of Ira and co. as caring. They are in the business of making money, for their pockets. That is OK as long as they take us with them and share the wealth. Currently they are taking from us with sugar coated lies.
