Not a chance of the government being run with such efficiency. Nice thought though. Obviously you have never worked for Microsoft. They are not efficient. For every product that ships, there are 2 or 3 fully complete products that don't ship. They've written Cairo 4 times now and have still never shipped it, as one example. Microsoft is where it is by technology theft (numerous examples, from Apple to Stac, basically admitted by microsoft in settlements), intimidation (of computer makers, for example) and fraud (convicted by the DoJ- they charged license fee for computers shipped without windows).
