Kevin, I agree. They actually have as much to lose or gain as anyone else, actually much more.

Jin.

<< I just finished reading last nights lively discussion. It comes back to comfort level. I'd
like to throw out some food for though before anyone makes a rash decision this
morning. Q: Who are this company's largest shareholders? A: Arief Adam and Ira
Monas. Q: Who stands to benefit most from these business decisions? A: same as
above.

In short, they are NOT going to throw their shares into the toilet.>>

Why not? At one point, they owned about half of 21 million shares at $.21 each. Their shares were worth (10.5M shares x $.21 each) = $2.2M. Now they have sold another 35M shares at an average of over $.30 each. They have gained $10.5M.

1. Where has that money gone?

2. How much have they pocketed?

3. Does FAMH really make ANY profit (We have no proof).

4. How do we know this is not just a big scam - a financial version of Bre-X?

5. Would YOU be willing to sacrifice your $2.2M in stock to give yourself $10.5M in bonuses?

<<Think about it. They each own millions of shares. Do you really think they would
spend all of this time and energy on building a compnay just to tear it down. Give
them some credit - there is a method to their madness. >>

Adam Arif spent his life in the temp business. What if hiring Ira, wringing every dollar out of the carcass of his company, and then splitting the profits with Ira is his way of making a retirement fund?

Perhaps their method is to fleece investors out of every cent we suckers are willing to give.

Until audited financials are released, we only know 2 things:

1. Previous financials were flawed and greatly overstated profits.

2. Ira and FAMH are willing to lie when it suits their purposes.
