Seriously, in evaluating insider purchases, several general principles
hold: Multiple purchasers are more indicitive than a single, size of purchase counts, purchases by operating insiders counts more than non-operating (CEO & CFO are telling) and purchases on the open market with cash count a whole lot more than options purchases.

What was not disclosed was the terms: Did they pay cash, and how much per share? Unless enough of us get in their face about it, we're not likely to find out. If the options were granted more than 2 years ago, since options are done at a discount to the market, the odds indicate that it was at nowhere near today's prices.

So thumbs up for multiple insiders, operating insiders. Thumbs down for options exersizeing. FYI Scott
