Nanda -

Hoping things will be ok with your family. I have a feeling I know where you priorities will be.

Buying more SEEC around my core position at these prices. More orders in between bid and ask. No takers on those yet.

I like the company. I've spent enough time with Ravi to feel extremely confident in the short term and the long term. The busines plan is superb and the management knows how to optimally execute that plan. The institutions know the story well and they NOT selling. The analysts know the story and they are saying "BUY"..."Strong Buy."

I like the numbers. The company has always beat the street numbers but based on the Street estimates of $.14 for the Quarter and $.41 for the year you get a very attractive trailing PE ratio of 32. A PE of 32 for a company growing in strong triple digits! Sounds like a growth stock selling at value-based prices. Bargain prices.

I like the visibilty. On March 3 CFO Rick Goldback told Reuters he was comfortable with the analyst estimates noted above.

I like the partnerships. A lot. See previous posts to learn why.

I like the customer base. Well north of 100 and growing. Lucent is a new customer. Lucent. Not a bad catch. I understand the testing module clinched it. AT&T had a rep in Orlando. Serious interest in learning more about SEEC's products AND services.

I don't like the stock price action lately. But these disappointments sometimes turn into the best opportunities.

Best regards,

Ron Sirch
