Warrants expire Dalton Resources Ltd DAL Shares issued 19,868,110 May 6 close $0.34 Thu 7 May 98 News Release Mr. Doug Robertson reports The company's 2,750,000 warrants issued in May 1996 have expired as of May 5, 1998. Each warrant had entitled the holder to acquire one common share at 40 cents. A total of 404,500 warrants were exercised for total proceeds of $161,800.
