borrowed wisdom from an unexpected sourse "Someone asked why do you want to see the financials when it is a start up ???? We all know the financial situation, but the thing I look for is how the deal is put together. That has always been my line of questioning. The structure of the shell and all financing's are whats important. That's how I find out at what price and when the paper comes out of the deal. That is not a bad thing to say, take it for what it is, a statement of fact, and one that all investors usually fail to pay attention to. Good luck to all. (Ice Cube)" via ztect
