Nanda, I think we will see a upward trend begin today in IMRS and COGIF. I too hold substantial profit in TAVA, but am counting on them really hyping the bejeebers at their CC so everyone knows what's coming soon. I remain, SOROS

NANDA, I applaud your moves given your willingness to ignore taxes.I remain very suspicious about SEEC or any tool vendor to do well price wise no matter how well it does on the corporate financial front.My portfolio performance is about equal on a year to date performance basis to the Fidelity Computer Software Fund which places it in the upper echelon of mutual funds.

ANALYST REPORT An analyst at Raymond James published a report on IMRS in which they state" the 35% decline in IMRS over the last 2 weeks provides outstanding buying opportunity.Their price target is 46$ . They encourage aggressive purchase of the stock. This recommendation is based on the strong competitive position and their 52% per year 3 year eps growth rate. They mention They believe an unfounded industry rumor is a partial culprit for the decline. I plan to call to get a better explanation of the rumor. I feel much more at ease about my continued prurchase of IMRS calls. Bougt 10 August 25 calls today.
