Michel, Ron was named CEO in Feb 1997 and represented the company before that time as attorney, so i think his decision to join the company was based on the knowledge that this was a little more than to GE than just another scam company as you called it. His history as it stand with in his position as upper management in the company is more than solid in my eyes, i would think he had a strong understanding of what this company was involved with before he committed his name to them. I always like to look at management and their background along with the other numerous aspects of any company and of course the many other representatives involved on all levels. ................
