Boston Restaurant Associates Officers and Directors Increase Holdings By 41 Percent BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 1998--Boston Restaurant Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRAI - news, BRAIW - news; BSE: BNR, BNRW) announced today that as part of the recent oversubscribed rights offering, officers and directors increased their personal holdings by 803,000 shares, an increase of 41 percent over the previously owned 1,940,585 shares. The total of 2,743,585 shares now owned by officers and directors of the company represents about 39 percent of the total currently outstanding common shares.
