LE, please stop playing this silly game. If you can predict the future with any absolute certainty, then I would suggest starting 1-900-LEPREDICTS. It has already been discussed on the thread that the warrants would increase the share count if the proposal, I repeat proposal went through.

The new, lower share total would give FAMH renewed opportunity to issue a lot more shares of stock, something I don't think anyone has mentioned. Ira gets to keep the millions of dollars made off previous stock sales, and can make millions more on any issued after the reverse. Clever.

Please stop, your missing the point. Yes there were share count has increased from last year. By a little over a factor of 2...Their revenue base, on the other hand, has increased by a factor of 10.

This was just an idea, and unless you have Ira's ear, which I truly doubt, then you know as much or as little as anyone else on the certainty of your last statement.

Jin.

LE, let me take your points one at a time:

1) You don't lose money due to the issueing of warrants. You could lose money (or make less than you thought) when converting warrants to shares and then the price drops due to a) more shares flooding the float or b) the rush to sell the $1.25 share before the price drops too far i.e. below the $1.25 you paid.

2) There would be an initial reduction from 54M to 13.5M (1 for 4). If each warrant allows you to buy one share then you could then have 27M, which is still less than what you started with i.e. 27 is less than 54, basic math?

3) I agree that this would give Ira the opportunity to issue more shares.

As for the fix being in? Who knows, not anyone on this board (bar Ira).;>)
