Hi, Mike.

I think the main reason the stock price is back down is, simply, investor apathy. Just about any BB stock you can think of has experienced the same problem: anticipation=run-up, delay=run-down.

I think people see big board stocks as INVESTMENTS, and BB stocks as a chance to make a "quick buck", giving big board stocks more time, and giving BB stocks NO time. This will change as vehicles like SI give BB stocks more exposure but, in the meantime, this is what we're stuck with.

IMHO, this is an excellent entry point to the stock. Then, as the story begins to unfold you can add to your initial position by averaging up.

The potential with JAWZ is enormous (if they can pull it off) so I think it's worth sticking around for a couple of months.

Hi Mike

<<As for the pump and dump theory as to why the stock is languishing, the hysteria that has caused the stock to get active came from you guys or a group the company hired to put away a bunch of stock to raise capital for the company......The hype i heard, was that the stock would be $5 real quick........>>

Your above statement really concerns me. I don't recall anyone posting on this thread that the stock would be $5.00 (or any other price) "real quick". And who is this "group" that the company hired? I believe that I have been quietly exuberant but certainly not hysteric. Compared to a lot of other threads that I monitor, we're a bunch of pussycats here when it comes to hype.

I would be interested in knowing who told you that the price would be $5.00 "real quick". You can send me a private message if you'd like.

Regards

bbruin

Hi Mike,

thanks for your "straight goods" response.

I'd like to know what PR or Promotional firm you're referring to and who sold you on the idea of JAWZ. We are hiring a PR firm to assist in the launch of the product and the contest, but I don't think that's what you're referring to.

Also, there hasn't been any hysteria from the company and certainly none from myself. My perspective has always been that of a long-term hold for an emerging high tech software company. Please review my posts. And we haven't hired anyone to "put away a bunch of stock." The last financing was with Bristol Asset Management for a total of about 600,000 shares.

If someone is out there touting incorrect information or painting us with the "promote" brush, I'd sure like to correct it.

Thanks in Advance for your help. Maybe you could call me directly on the toll-free line.
