<< related tech support development for IFLY's web plan >>

Yes, that technology would be nice. Realistically, that technology would probably not be adopted by the masses until perhaps a couple of years from now. Integration between the telephone and the PC needs to become easier. Voice cards are now standard on PCs, Microsoft is pushing for standard telephony cards on all PCs. When the technology is widely available that would allow the user to push the Internet button and then pick up the telephone handle, then the technology would be widely used. In the mean time, IFLY could make use of the current technology by picking up a return telephone number from the user's profile and returning the call when the button is pushed. Off-course, the advantage to this setup would be that the IFLY agent would automatically get the customer's profile and transactions routed to their terminal prior to the call being initiated automatically. Neat!!!
