(the "Company") (MIY-VSE) announces that on May 4, 1998 it entered into director and officer Stock Option Agreements for 1,170,000 common shares of the Company at an option price of $0.15 per common share, such price being calculated based upon the closing price of the Company's Shares on that date. These options are to be exercised on or before May 4, 2003. The granting of these new options is subject to approval of the regulatory authorities and follows the exercise of 890,000 existing options by certain directors.
