This company has to be one of the most oversold companies around, or it is headed for the dustheap. I was told that the real problem with this company is not so much the company and its products themselves, but the fact that they cannot truly exploit all technology because of the quality of the telephone lines.
Does anyone hve an observation to make about this suggestion?

Hi Doug - RUMOR on the YAHOO thread.....
"...Rumor of VTEL are talking to LU on digital communication networking......Don't miss the bullet train, go long guys...good luck........"

PS: I found out Intel does hold 10% of VTEL.....

If VTEL is talking to LU, this would be very bullish! I just do not see it after PLCM signing up with LU earlier this month. LU will be a leader in this industry and is large enough to establish industry standards that all other companies will move towards.

I dodn't expect earnings to be a surprise unless you are looking at the downside. We will know in a week or two.
