U.S. Digital Subsidiary Teams with Ardis to Provide Nationwide Two-Way Wireless Data Services
BURBANK, Calif., May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Digital Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: USDI - news) announced today that its subsidiary, Skysite Communications Corporation, has signed a distribution agreement with American Mobile to expand their service offering to include ARDIS two-way wireless data services. The ARDIS network is the nations largest two-way terrestrial wireless data communications service.

The pact empowers Skysite to include ARDIS in their substantial array of wireless data services for mobile satellite customers, including the ability to transmit and receive data, messaging and e-mail services. These services enable customers in the transportation industry, for example, to communicate critical information ranging from vehicle location and performance characteristics to route changes and delivery schedules, thus ensuring more on-time deliveries and the most cost-efficient routing as well as real-time inventory tracking and management.

''The ARDIS network serves as a keystone in Skysite's broad range of communications solutions, permitting Skysite customers to stay in touch wherever they go. '' commented Charles C. Maynard, CEO of Skysite. ''We see an immediate need for this service,'' Maynard continued, ''as we are faced with increasing demand for integrated global transportation solutions. This agreement moves us one step closer to our goal of delivering total worldwide connectivity to our subscribers.''

Skysite is a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Digital Communications, Inc. The company is a systems integrator and works closely with a select number of strategic partners to provide solutions to communications problems of companies with global or remote operations.

The only reason RMGG went up was rumors of suspected CNBC interview. Never aired on TV, just in digital archives, a taped deal.
