Pat,

Went to BCE's shareholder meeting yesterday. ADSL, ATM are still moving ahead and are Bell priorities; supplier names weren't divulged. I guess I need better contacts. :-)

Re BCTel: As this is a Stentor member and the 2nd largest after Bell, their influence on the rest of the Stentor Owner Companies is substantial. I would expect the others to follow suit.

Thread,

It's conceivable that those reading the press release may be underestimating the scope represented by AT&T's 3000 largest customers. Based upon stats that I've seen from another large telco, I would expect that the 3000 biggest probably represent more than 85% of AT&T's data revenues. This agreement is huge, IMO.

Ian.

Certainly you were right today. For Newbridge to move up on such a down day in the markets - that's tremendously positive. I'm pleased to say I was able to add more to my position yesterday at $44.05. Barring a shocker on the unemployment report tomorrow, I am expecting another move up tomorrow.
