Since we're philosophizing....

I wouldn't count on my gas gauge at all if I knew it was only correct and/or accurate 7 out of 10 times. GLM not doing well today, anyway. I've gotta wait for a ST surge then I'll sell the CCs.

Thanks.

Baz

Herm,

It been a while since I've posted. What is your opinion on Aware, Inc.(AWRE)? They're active in development of ADSL. Their technology will be used in Lucent Tech. modems that will allow the local telecos to split voice and data without visiting the customer's site to split the line. Analog Devices also has a ADSL chip set based on Aware's technology. Their direct competitors are Texas Inst. (Amati unit), and Orckit Comm. Ltd. (ORCTF). The stock is $12.25 and options are available.
This is going to be a hot area as the telecos roll out ADSL to fight off the cable industry's push to deploy cable modems for Internet access.

To all readers!

I just received email from the vice president of a site (free registration for now!) that deals with covered calls, covered LEAPs/CC, and buy straddles suggestions invsol.com. Plenty of room for growth in covered call writing. :-)

Hey, for free it's worth a try!
