Hello all,

It's been quite a while since I posted on this thread, although I've been keeping up with it for the past few weeks.

While it's good news the drill program is in place there is an underlying foundation element that is yet unresolved. Without a repeatable assay procedure (followed eventually by a repeatable recovery procedure), the drill holes don't warrant much excitement for me. Naxos could drill 800 holes and if three labs can't get the similar (statistically insignificant variance) results using a single assay procedure, the results mean very little.

There has been alot of talk about using a standard fire assay. If it's standard, how come similar results cannot be obtained by different labs? I am guessing there's something non-standard about the SFA or there's some pretreatment of the ore (per Naxos instructions) before it is used in the SFA.

Just my two cents......

Finally, folks have discussed the change in management - some seem to like it, some seem not to like it. I'm just confused - who is the new management? Are you all referring to the fact that an interim CEO has been appointed (and JJ moved from CEO to hold only the office of COB)? Is the company awaiting results from the ASC hearing to determine how much of the current management team can stay and how many must be removed? I don't currently own any Naxos stock, and it's certain I won't buy stock in a company where I'm not sure who's running the show. Kim B., can you shed any light on this topic?

bobs.

Tom: Once again with respect, "can tell" were the exact words you used. My point is that you are speculating. You can't "tell" anything until it happens. I would agree that the prospects look better. However, I still would not bet a nickel on any particular outcome, interest by the market, movement in the stock price, etc. Speculation about outcomes hurts this stock. JLA
