Pure Folder, you could have been correct if you mentioned anything about combination holding 700,000 or so shares prior to the March Reg D. It is now apparent that Combination was an earlier Reg D lender and could have had some shares left over. Unfortunately, following that earlier Reg D financing, I believe they drove the stock price below their original conversion price and additional "diluted" shares (I don't know how many) would have been issued.

There is apparently and hopefully a big difference between then and now because the previous Combination Reg D financing was probably executed during a dormant time without any real anticipation of meaningful news. I may be wrong, but I get the impression that Wave is not too concerned about the conversion of these 2.8 million shares, or maybe they are just limited with time and resources for only the most important matters; however this could also indicate that upcoming news will be big enough to easily absorb these shares and still allow a movement past the $4 level required for NASDAQ.
